We start with a free consultation at your home or unit. We walk the space, talk through what you want, and then send you a written estimate with the scope and pricing spelled out before any work begins.

Yes. Most of our work is in Hudson County buildings — condos, co-ops, brownstones and walk-ups. We coordinate with building management on certificates of insurance, elevator and work-hour rules, and building access so your project stays on schedule.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We handle permits and inspections for Jersey City, Hoboken and Hudson County jobs, and we schedule the required inspections as the work progresses.
